Emma Vaudrey

Principal Emma Vaudrey (B.A, PGCE) trained at The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) and has been Acting and singing professionally for 21 years. Her Theatre credits include: Anna Karenina, Laid Bacharach, The Hired Man, Road, Two Gentleman of Verona, Private Lives, The School for Scandal, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Celia Forrester in Twopence to Cross the Mersey at The Liverpool Empire Theatre.
Her TV appearances include Nice Guy Eddie, Eyes Down, The Bill, Springhill, BBC’s Moving On, Ladykillers for ITV, Hollyoaks and BBC Drama Justice.
Emma opened Stage Door Theatre School in September 2005 with the aim of passing on her own professional knowledge and experience of the business to the young people in the area She directs an annual Musical Theatre show for the pupils and gives students the opportunity to perform at various events and festivals throughout the year. She is keen to encourage the discipline that is required of a professional performer, and consequently holds LAMDA examinations yearly, to promote dramatic technique and stagecraft.
